CHAMPAGNE This exquisite blend of grapes, stemming from four different harvests, showcases its strong personality through a symphony of fruits and a full-bodied, elegant presence. Singular in its expression of terroir, a revelation of the variety that nature offers from one year to the next. Réserve Rosé evokes romance and harmony. The initial nose reveals fresh red fruits with a touch of brioche. The first sensation is reminiscent of biting into a perfectly ripe Morello cherry, bursting with full and mature aromas. Powerful, yet remarkably subtle with an extraordinarily long-lasting finish.

CHAMPAGNE The first nose detects a bouquet of spiced almonds and violet floral tones, which precedes the revelation of a richer aroma, that of baked mirabelle. Harmonious on the palate, hints of candied lemon intertwine with almond and marzipan. A delicate tension marked by a mature freshness culminates in a remarkable finish.

AGIORGITIKO The flagship wine from Palivou Estate. A full-bodied wine with soft tannins. Rich aromatic character with intense fruit and clean aromas of cherries, strawberries, and gooseberries.

AGIORGITIKO A fresh Agiorgitiko perfect for hot weather in the summer. Aromatic in character with soft tannins. A hint of pepper, black cherries and blackberries. Don't be fooled by the light color and freshness because this is a serious wine.

XINOMAVRO Markovitis Winery (formerly Chateau Pegasus); a legend in the world of Greek winemaking, being credited as the first winery in Greece to work organically in their vineyards. This is one of the best and most historic examples of Xinomavro produced in Naoussa. Ripe red fruit, sweet spices and Mediterranean herbs on the nose, a long spicy finish and balanced acidity.

AGIORGITIKO A delightful introduction to the Agiorgitiko varietal, this red-purple wine has a fruit forward, medium bodied palate, ripe with flavors of cherry, pomegranate and a hint of butterscotch. It is easy-going with smooth, soft tannins and a fruity finish.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON Dark ruby-red in color, this Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich and complex bouquet with aromas of ripe red fruit, baking spices and hints of vanilla oak. The palate is round and well balanced, with rich tannins and a long, lasting finish.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON/MAVRODAPHNE/TOURIGA NACIONAL With its deep and dense purple color, it impresses while still in the glass. Rich, evolving nose with cherry, mature strawberry and gooseberry jam followed by spicy aromas black pepper, vanilla, and tobacco. Fresh soil, violet and herbal hints of black tea continue the aromatic parade. Then comes eucalyptus, milk chocolate, and roasted coffee. You will surely discover something new while you wait. Leave some in the bottle and return for it tomorrow. Rich, tasty on the palate with intensity and velvety texture. The elaborately crafted tannins are perfectly balanced with the noticeable acidity and traditional pinched alcohol which does not feel unfamiliar or chokes the fruit. Cherry and ripe strawberries feel like they were dipped in pepper and remain in the mouth in the long-lasting aftertaste.

XINOMAVRO Color: Ruby with garnet highlights. Nose: Pleasantly typical Xinomavro nose with a balsamic character and aromas of potpourri, red berries, forest fruits, Cornelian cherries, sun-dried tomatoes, wet forest floor, leather and truffle notes. Palate: On the palate the earthy character prevails, along with high acidity, plenty of mature but intense tannins, full alcohol and body

CABERNET SAUVIGNON/MERLOT/AGIORGITIKO The wine shows an intense and brilliant purple-red color. The bouquet is intense and reveals complex aromas of ripe berries, sweet spices, plums and chestnut jam, dried fruit, and coffee. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, round and velvety with a subtle note of oak and flavors of ripe fruit and licorice. The body is full, the tannins are soft. The finish is warm and persistent. It is a full-bodied wine that goes well with red meats, especially lamb chops or shanks, beef stew, or intensely flavored soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert

LIMNIO Ruby colored with purple hues. On the nose plums, sweet cherries, cinnamon, clove, coffee, cacao and blond tobacco. Full - bodied, melted soft tannins, mellow liquorice with a touch of mint. An irresistible lingering elegant finish

MANDELARIA/MONEMVASSIA Bright ruby color with vivid garnet reflections. Chocolate covered black cherry and kirsch flavors with notes of ripe plum and vanilla. On the palate it has a rich, smooth and round feel with a peppery aftertaste

AGIOGITIKO Nemea Aivalis encompasses all the elements one expects from the Aivalis style: rich texture, roundness, elegance and character. It is the producer’s basic Nemea wine, which however encompasses many features of premium and expensive wines. Red fruit jam, plum and sweet spices are followed by mint, herbs and tea leaves to create a uniquely elegant wine. As is the case with all Aivalis wines, it is recommended for accompanying food, particularly rich dishes, which match its body and rich texture. ASSYRTIKO Crystal, bright sub-yellow – straw, with greenish hints. Nose intense and rich, complex, typical of the variety. Citrus, floral and white stone fruits. Excellent structure, creamy and crisp. Long and persistent finish. "From Macedonia's Amyndeon region comes this beautifully refreshing Assyrtiko perfumed with the scent of ripe white peaches. CABERNET SAUVIGNON/SYRAH/CALADOC/TEMPRANILLO On the nose, the wine is indulgent like a creamy dessert with aromas of mulberries. CINSAULT/GRENACHE/CABERNET SAUVIGNON Three years in the making, hochar père et fils is a blend of cinsault, grenache and cabernet sauvignon sourced from a single vineyard in the western Bekaa Valley, near the village of aana. It is characterised by deep, gravelly soil over a limestone base and 1,000m above sea level. At an average age of 30 years old, yields are low, 20-30 hectolitres per hectare, which results in concentrated full flavoured wine. Deep burgundy in colour with transparent layers showing evidence of grenache in the blend. Ripe red cherry fruit with plums, dates, mulberries and tea leaves. It is Mediterranean on the palate with sweet tannins and spices

CINSAULT/TEMPRANILLO/CABERNET SAUVIGNON Levantine (adjective): ‘relating to the eastern Mediterranean’ – is produced from our organically certified vineyards in the western Beqaa Valley. Harvested in late August and early September, a young wine from very low yielding vines resulting in a small, limited production. The climate and harvest of 2021 was a return to the “good old days” where everything went like clockwork with no extreme conditions and therefore, we know that this vintage will be one of elegance, full of fragrance with layers of taste and excellent ageing potential. OBAIDEH/MERWAH Thankfully, the ancient and indigenous merwah and obaideh varietals that make up the Chateau Musar white, are grown at very high altitude (1200-1400 metres above sea level) and avoid the higher temperatures found on the bekaa valley floor, allowing the harvest to start a little later with obaideh on 2nd october followed by merwah picked on 11th october. Golden-yellow colour with a complex aroma of beeswax, orange peel and a delicate savoury character. Its bursting with flavour, ranging from herb-scented runny honey, to ripe peach, banana, fresh almonds and hazelnuts. A full-bodied white despite having fresh acidity and a saline edge which results in an attractive textural balanced wine. Good length and if cellared well, will keep for decades

VIOGNIER/VERMENTINO/CHARDONNAY A blend of viognier (40%), vermentino (30%) and chardonnay (30%). The vermentino, native to sardinia and corsica and thus well suited to the eastern Mediterranean climate, adds citrus, mineral and even a marine character. It is moderate in alcohol and combines well with the richer chardonnay and fragrance of the aromatic viognier. Flavours of pineapple, pear and apricots with some floral and herby notes of basil and thyme. There is a rich honeyed mouthfeel but at the same time it is vibrantly fresh with good acidity; deliciously drinkable lightly chilled, within two to three years from the harvest.
